Goals
I usually write my goals and to do lists down, and recently read in some business article that those who write their goals down usually accomplish them. Since I usually lose those lists I have decided to post some of my goals here. This is more for me rather than sharing for you, but maybe you can help me achieve my goals. Either way thanks for reading.
short term goals
• run a marathon (Huntington beach February 1, I start training tomorrow)
• learn and use Orange County's public transit system
• burn a Volkswagen engine in the desert (its made of magnesium)
• get published more
• get a cover shot
• make a music video and/or short film
• make mailing/stationary card company
• ride Critical Mass for the first time, and then consistently
• not buy a car
• live a simpler slower more radical life
• move out of my parents house
long term goals
• publish a photo book
• own a studio
• get published in Italian Vogue
• drive 200 miles per hour at Bonneville or El Mirage and/or drive a ten second quarter mile
• get married and have children
• no more part time jobs after Trader Joe's
• don't let fear hold me back from doing what I want
places to visit:
travel the US in a train or motorcycle
lots of Latin America:
• Mexico (Mayan and Aztec Ruins, Mexico City), Argentina (Buenos Aires and Patagonia, Peru (Machu Picchu and other Andes sites), Brazil (beaches and Amazon jungle), Chile, Bolivia
Northern Africa
• Egypt (Cairo, Pyramids, Nile, and other sites), Algeria, Morocco
along the Mediterranean
• Spain ( running of the bulls), France, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel
South Africa
India
South east asia
Japan
(OK I want to see A LOT, but if I have to see some of latin america and the some of the Mediterranean)
I was also prompted to blog about this after seeing Terry's new blog. This is a work in progress. my goals may change, I might have more and some may become less interesting to me, but this is them for now.
